1. How do I find an article?
On this site you will find articles from LE Magazine, Life Extension News, and our experts.
To find an article, look at the global sub-navigation at the top of the page. The global sub-navigation is the line that starts with the word "LEARN>."
To browse the titles of our most current articles: click one of the prompts for LE Magazine, Life Extension News, and our experts.
To find an article about a specific subject: look at the prompt that reads "find articles by keyword" in orange text (it is followed by a blank text field.) To search for an article, enter a relevant keyword into the box and hit the "go" button. The page will reload with the search results.
If your search does not yield any results, you will see a prompt directing you to perform another search. From that interface, you may conduct an advanced search using multiple keywords, divided by the words "AND" or "OR".

2. How do I find a product?
You can search for a product in three ways. There is an orange panel on the left side of every page on the site. This is the product search interface. In this panel you will see three prompts:
A. Find products by name or keyword:
Enter the product name or a relevant keyword (such as "vitamin" or "arthritis") and click the search button.
If your search does not yield any results, you will see a prompt directing you to perform another search. From that interface, you may conduct an advanced search using multiple keywords, divided by the words "AND" or "OR".
B. Find products by category:
Use the pull-down menu to select a category. Each category specifically targets an individual aspect of your health and well-being (such as "Cardiovascular" or "Blood-Sugar Maintenance." Use your mouse to highlight the category you are most interested in, and then click the "SEARCH" button. The results will include all of the products in that category.
C. Find products by formulator:
Use the pull-down menu to select a specific formulator's product line. Use your mouse to highlight the formulator you are most interested in, and then click the "SEARCH" button. The results will include all of the products in that formulator's product line.

3. What is a formulator?
Our partner formulators are industry-leading researchers who have drawn on their years of clinical expertise to design high-quality nutritional supplements. Life Enhancement produces these supplements according to our partner formulators' exacting specifications. (Learn more about our formulators)

4. How does Volume Discounting save me money?
Volume discounts are applied according to the total dollar value of your purchase. The volume discounts are scaled, so the more you buy, the more you save.
Volume discounts are automatically applied to purchases during the checkout process. They always apply in conjunction with our standard discounts off of the listed MSRP, but are not applied in conjunction with other special offers or promotional discounts.

5. How do I change my profile/order status password?
Your password is located on the purchase receipt you receive in your email box after you place an order. If you would like to change the password, please click here and follow the simple instructions on the next page.

7. How does the checkout process work?
To ensure that your shopping experience is convenient and fast, the checkout process is simple and straightforward. Each step of the process is outlined below.
Review Order Page
Once an item has been added to your shopping cart, the system will direct you to this page where you review the order. The page displays the products to be purchased along with the prices of your items, before the total price is calculated with shipping and tax fees. You can modify the items listed in the cart, either by deleting them or updating the quantity purchased. After doing so, click Update Cart to reload the page and display the new information.
From here you can also return to the product catalog by clicking Continue Shopping or continue the checkout process by clicking Check Out.
Log In
RETURNING CUSTOMERS:
If you are a returning customer, the system may recognize you via a cookie stored on your computer. If you are an existing customer and you do not accept cookies, or if you are using a different computer, then you will see a prompt asking you to login.
You should have received a username and password via email after your first purchase. Input your username and password into the login interface and click Submit.
For your convenience, once you are logged in, the checkout process will pre-populate with the information we already know about you.
(If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address. Your password will be emailed to you.)
NEW CUSTOMERS:
Have never purchased from this site before, click the New User link.
This will take you to the first step in the checkout process. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be provided with a username and password for future site purchases.
Step 1: Billing Address
On this page, you will enter your billing address information.
You will be asked to choose whether or not the billing address is the same as the shipping address. If you select "yes" this will direct you to Step 2: Shipping Information. If you select "no", this will direct you to Step 1a: Shipping Address.
Also note, if the billing address is international, the system will skip Step 3: Payment Information, since international orders must be finalized via email.
When finished, click the Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 1a: Shipping Address
This page only applies to those customers who wish to ship their order to an address other than their billing address.
On this page, you enter the shipping address information. It is possible to set this address as the default shipping address, so that it will serve as the default shipping address for your future orders.
Note: If you have no shipping addresses stored (or only one address stored) in the system, that address will serve as the default shipping address for future orders.
When you are finished, click the Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 1b: Manage Shipping Addresses
On this page, you can add, delete and edit your shipping addresses.
To move on to the next step, select an address and click the Continue button.
Step 2: Shipping Information
On this page, you will select a shipping method. The shipping address is shown to make sure it is correct. For more information about our shipping methods, please click here.
When finished, click the Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Payment Information
Customers shipping to international destinations will skip this step. Because of differences in shipping and tariff charges, a customer service representative will follow up via email in order to communicate the final price of international orders. (Learn more about international orders.)
On this page customers shipping within the domestic US, AK and HI, will enter payment information. Payments can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
When finished, click the Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Review Your Order
On this page, you will review your order and make sure all of the information is correct before finalizing the transaction. For non-international orders, the total cost with all discounts and shipping fees calculated will be displayed.
If all of the information is correct, click the Continue button to process the transaction. If any of the information is incorrect use the Back button to return through the process.
Step 5: Order Confirmation
This page serves as a confirmation notice that the transaction has been completed. It includes all order information along with an Order Number and Life Enhancement Contact Information which can be used for any customer support issues. It is recommended that you print the order confirmation for your records.
