Life Enhancement offers a number of convenient shipping options to suit your needs.

Domestic Orders

International Orders
In order to ensure that our international customers receive the best possible shipping service, Life Enhancement handles all international orders on an individual basis. Once you have placed your order via the web site, a Customer Service Representative will follow up with you by email within one business day to finalize the shipping service and rates. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you place your web order. If you have any questions about international shipping that you would like to address before you place an order, please call (707) 762-6144.

All Customers
Please note that all orders require 24 hours to process and will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Depending on the chosen shipping method, holidays may delay packages by an additional day.

Shipping and Handling to International Destinations
Life Enhancement is proud to provide products to our global customers.

If, after reviewing this section, you have any additional questions about international shipping, please email us at info@life-enhancement.com. A Customer Service Representative will respond to your inquiry in a timely manner.

We offer shipping to our international clients via the following carriers:
  1. UPS
    If you choose this delivery service your package can be tracked en route and is insured against loss or theft. Expect approximately a week's time for delivery. Shipping costs are based on the destination and weight of the package and do not include duty and tax. Duty and tax charges will be collected upon delivery. It is important to note that if your package is denied by customs or if you refuse the package and it is returned, additional charges will be applied for cost of return.

  2. First Class International (under 4lbs) or Priority Mail International
    Postal Mail is, in general, the least expensive carrier for our international deliveries. However, if you choose this delivery service your package cannot be tracked en route and cannot be insured against loss or theft. It is important to note that if your order is lost, stolen, or denied entry by customs while in transit with Postal Mail, Life Enhancement will not replace or refund your order. Expect approximately two weeks for delivery. Your order will arrive through your local postal service. Shipping costs are based on the destination and weight of the package and do not include duties and taxes. Duty and tax charges will be collected upon delivery.

  3. Your Preferred International Carrier
    If you have an existing account with an international carrier and you wish to utilize that account for shipping, we would be happy to accommodate you. When the Customer Service Representative contacts you via email to finalize the shipping arrangements, please reply with your carrier name and account number. Customers opting to use their own international carrier please note: all duties, taxes, miscellaneous charges, and any subsequent return charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Policy, Customs Information and Restrictions
Customers shipping internationally are responsible for customs, duties and taxes incurred. Life Enhancement is not responsible or liable for customs delays or seizures. We cannot refund the cost of the order or reship your order if the package is seized or refused by customs.

Customs procedures regarding nutritional supplements are different for each country. We suggest contacting your local customs office for updated guidelines for ordering nutritional supplements.
