Q I recently purchased your new barley flour and flakes, and I would like to know if any of the new Glycemic Control products will block the absorption of any supplement I am taking.

A There shouldn’t be any problem, except for your carotenoids, such as beta-carotene (a vitamin A precursor), lycopene, lutein, and zeaxanthin, which should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day for optimal absorption.
