T The Barley Flakes are the ONLY weight management product that I still use in my diet. They are wonderful. I make my own breakfast with them in the morning that includes: 2 tablespoons of the Glycemic Control Quick Flakes, 1/8 cup of Grapenuts, some almond slivers, dried cranberries, fresh fruit, and low fat, vanilla rice milk. I used most your weight management products and followed the low glycemic program for two years and it worked!
