How Can I Get Up and GO?

T I’m over 50. I tried DHEA back when I was working out at the gym and I noticed a big difference with it. Then I stopped taking DHEA and stopped going to the gym. I found that I had a hard time getting myself motivated to go on a walk. But since I started taking the DHEA again, it’s been easier to walk, stretch, and do Pilates—MUCH more energy! Whereas, without the DHEA, there’s such a difference!
