Alpha Lipoic for Neuropathy: “I Sing the Praises”
T I started taking lipoic acid in December 2009 because I ran across a couple of clinical studies about alpha lipoic acid and neuropathy. I’m taking 120 mg twice a day and offsetting it with 10,000 mcg of biotin at the same time. This has worked a miracle that I can hardly believe. I sing its praises to everyone I know.
