A Feast of Nutrients

O n Thanksgiving, we traditionally celebrate the successful bounty—the achievement of our endeavors and prosperities—with a feast of the harvest. But this year is different, given the outcome of the presidential race, and how that will affect prosperity, not to mention peace and longevity. By the time you are reading this, you may have reasons to rejoice … or not.

That is why this issue of Life Enhancement is a celebration. So if you can’t have one in the political world, at least you can have one in the world of health. Within this issue are articles on turmeric, arginine, galantamine, alpha-lipoic acid, and acetyl L-carnitine, each of which can make you healthier, stronger, smarter, more potent, and possibly more in love with the one that you’re with.

Celebrate with these gifts, the result of much genius and hard work. Call these payments (you have to work hard to understand enough to intelligently fill your cup of nutrients), or call them bonuses, and give thanks to your co-creators.

As the Hindus and Jainists do (see article on page 4), fill your cornucopia with these nutrients and make them a part of your Thanksgiving celebration.

Live long and prosper,
