Lycopene Lowers Mortality Risks

In a new study, lycopene serum levels have been found to be associated with lower mortality risk, extending life in humans by more than 13 months (one year and one month). Not only that. Using some of the same data, other researchers have found that lycopene reduces rheumatoid arthritis mortality, lupus mortality, cancer mortality, and Alzheimer’s mortality. These studies, when combined, make the case for lycopene as one of the most important supplements you can take.
