Make Better Everyday Decisions

DHEA is one of the most valuable nutrients you can take. And now, adding to the abundant benefits of what has been called the youth hormone, higher levels of DHEA may help you to make better decisions. While DHEA supplementation has been found to enhance cognitive function in several studies, this new study looks elsewhere for a mechanism. It concludes from a large sample of healthy young adults at UC Davis, that exposure to acute stress enhances the decision-making ability that appears to underpin better decision-making in every­day life—decision-making competence.
