A serving of Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s Glycemic Control Nuggets supplies 1.8 grams of the soluble fiber necessary per day to have this effect.

Contains twice the beta-glucan of regular barley and about three times the beta-glucan of oats

Suggested Use: 6 tablespoons per day, 2 with each meal, or in combination with Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s Glycemic Control Quick Flakes, Large Nuggets, or Flour (six tablespoons total per day).
